9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Ringing of the Bell of Hope – Lower Manhattan

St. Paul’s Chapel will once again ring of the Bell of Hope at 8:46am on Monday, September 11, 2017, the time the first plane was flown into Tower 1 by hijackers.
The city of London first gave the Bell of Hope to New York for the first anniversary of the terrorist attacks. The bell has rung on every anniversary since that time in honor of the victims of the attack.
Change-bells at Trinity Church will ring at the same moment.
