9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Memorial Ceremony – Haverstraw, NY

Rockland County officials, family members, clergy and others will observe the 16th anniversary of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks in a ceremony at 8:30am on Monday, September 11, 2017 at Haverstraw Bay County Park
Family members will read the names of the Rockland victims.
A bell will toll followed by a moment of silent prayer at 8:46am, in remembrance of the attack on the North Tower of the World Trade Center, and again at 9:03am, the time of the attack on the South Tower.
Four more bells will toll in remembrance of the attack on the Pentagon, the collapse of the South Tower, the crash of Flight 93 in Shanksville, Pa., and the collapse of the North Tower.
