9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. The Special Master of the 9/11 Victim Compensation Fund, Sheila Birnbaum; September 11th recovery workers; union officials; politicians and translators for Spanish, Mandarin and Polish will encourage survivors and recovery workers sick from exposure to 9/11 toxins to seek economic compensation through the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund (the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act) by the October 3, 2013 deadline.
