9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Plaque Dedication for FF William D. Koesterer

On Friday, January 8, 2016 at 11:00am, a plaque dedication will be held honoring the memory of Firefighter William D. Koesterer of E-88, who died of World Trade Center-related illness on January 8, 2015 at the age of 43.
The dedication will take place in the quarters of E-88 and L-38 in the Bronx.
