9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Plaque Dedication for FF Joseph P. “Toolie” O’Toole

A plaque dedication in honor of Firefighter Joseph P. O’Toole, better known as “Toolie,” will take place on Tuesday, December 12, 2017 at 11:00am at the quarters of E-90/L-41 in the Bronx.
Firefighter O’Toole died of site-related bile duct cancer on December 12, 2016 at the age of 61. He was a beloved member of 41 Truck.
