9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. New York Police & Fire Widows’ & Children’s Benefit Fund seeks volunteers for 9/11

Our friends at the New York Police & Fire Widows’ & Children’s Benefit Fund are looking for volunteers to hand out temporary tattoos featuring their feather logo at specific locations throughout Manhattan on the fourteenth anniversary of the terrorist attack, Friday, September 11, 2015 to raise awareness and pay tribute to the thousands we lost on 9/11, as well as to those EMTs, police officers and firefighters who have given their lives in the line of duty in New York City history.
Volunteers will receive a “Proud to Answer the Call” t-shirt.
