9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Moises Gomez, who was a PAPD ESU Officer who responded to both 1993 and the 2001 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center, will give a presentation regarding his experiences on September 11, 2001 at 7:00pm on Friday, November 15, 2019 at the Al Kader Shrine Center, in Wilsonville, Oregon.
