9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Memorial Service and events – Middletown, NJ

A wreath-laying and silent ceremony will be held at the Middletown World Trade Center Memorial Gardens at 8:46am on Thursday, September 11, 2014 to honor those Middletown residents who were murdered in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The time marks the moment when the first plane hit Tower One of the World Trade Center.
Visitors will be welcome at the Gardens from dawn to dusk.
Middletown will also have a number of flag tributes for this anniversary. A flag will be displayed at Town Hall that flew over the US Capitol in honor of the Middletown victims. In what is now a Middletown tradition, flag banners will fly from telephone poles on Middletown-Lincroft Road, Church Street and Kings Highway in tribute. An American flag that flew over the site of the World Trade Center on the 10th anniversary of the terrorist attacks will fly at the Memorial Gardens during this year’s ceremony.
Middletown’s tenth anniversary ceremony can be seen on Middletown’s cable channel on September 11, 2014. Residents can view the channel on Comcast Channel 20 and Verizon FiOS Channel 26.
