Applications are now available for the annual Michael McGinty Scholarships.
The McGinty Scholarship Foundation offers two $2,500.00 scholarships annually to college-bound graduating seniors who are currently residents of Foxboro, Massachusetts.
The scholarship honors Michael McGinty, 42, who was killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks while attending a meeting at Marsh & McLennan in the North Tower of the World Trade Center. Winners of the McGinty scholarships share Mike’s values and love of community service.
Mike McGinty, in addition to being successful in his career, was a devoted family man to his wife and two small sons, active in his church, a passionate gardener and a great reader.
