9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Memorial Observance Rockland County, NY

Rockland County will host a memorial observance at 8:30am on Friday, September 11, 2015, the 13th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks at Haverstraw Bay Park. The public is welcome.
The ceremony will pause for a moment of silence at 8:46am, the moment American Flight 11 struck Tower 1. At 9:03am, the time of United Flight 175 striking Tower 2, the names of all 81 Rockland County victims of both the 2001 and 1993 terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center will be read.
