9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. On Saturday, January 23, 2016 at 11:00am, Engine 290/Ladder 103 will hold a Memorial Mass honoring the memory of Firefighter Richard T. Sclafani of Ladder 103. The Mass will commemorate the 11th anniversary of his supreme sacrifice on “Black Sunday” – January 23, 2005 and will take place at St. John’s Church in Brooklyn.
