9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Meal Packing for 9/11 Day of Service – NY, NY
September 11, 2017 @ 11:00 am - 3:30 pm
On Monday, September 11, 2017 at the Intrepid Sea, Air & Space Museum more than 2,000 volunteers representing over 40 companies, interfaith groups, and organizations will help combat hunger by assembling 500,000 dry meals for individuals at risk of hunger.
Our friend, Trinity Church, is an official partner for this project and is offering volunteers a choice of two 2-hour shifts. Shift 1 is from 11:00am to 1:30pm; Shift 2 is from 1:00pm to 3:30pm.
Please arrive half an hour before your shift to sign up and go through security. (This time is reflected in the times listed above.)
