9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FF John McNamara (Johnny Mac) Golf Outing

The Johnny Mac Foundation will host their third annual golf outing on Thursday, July 18, 2013 at the Dyker Beach Golf Course in Brooklyn.
There is a $225.00 individual golfer registration fee or a fee of $800 to register as a foursome. To attend the dinner only costs $125.00. FDNY, NYPD, military and September 11th responder prices are discounted to: $200.00 for an individual; $700 for a foursome; and $100.00 for dinner only. To register, please click here.
Funds raised by the day’s golf will build a community center in Blue Point, NY, which was John’s final wish. His foundation also supports other 9/11 first responder organizations and the Blue Point Food Pantry. The Johnny Mac Foundation is a registered 501(c) 3 non-profit founded by John’s widow, Jennifer.
FDNY Firefighter John (“Johnny Mac”) McNamara died at age 44 in August 2009 of World Trade Center-related colon cancer. He had been with the FDNY for many years and spent more than 500 hours working to recover victims of the attacks.
