Johnny Mac Foundation’s Wish Gala
February 8, 2020 @ 7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
The Johnny Mac Foundation will hold their 14th Wish Gala on Saturday, February 8, 2020, from 7:00pm until 11:00pm at Smithtown’s Stonebridge Country Club. The evening will include cocktails, dinner, dancing, and raffles.
This year, the Foundation will honor the Bayport-Blue Point Public Library, which is helping the Foundation build the community center that FDNY Firefighter John F. McNamara dreamed of while he was dying of World Trade Center-related cancer. He died at 44 in 2009, leaving his son Jack and wife Jennifer, the founder and president of the Johnny Mac Foundation.
“The library is helping me to help make John’s dream come true,” Jennifer McNamara said.
The Johnny Mac Foundation helps first responders and to support the community John loved..
Tickets cost $150.00. A few sponsorships are still available. For information about tickets or sponsorships, please contact Jen at jennifer.mcnamara@johnnymacfoundation.org.
