9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for Retired NYPD Officer Richard “Gitch” Graff

Retired NYPD Officer Richard “Gitch” Graff, 52, died of ALS on July 15, 2019.
Officer Graff worked at the site of the World Trade Center after the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. He retired from the NYPD in 2005, and worked as a private investigator for the Lydecker Agency for 6 years.
His Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 11:00am on Friday, July 19, 2019 at St. Paul’s Church in Congers.
Officer Graff’s cremation will be private.
