9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for Retired NYPD Officer Raymond Harris

Retired NYPD Officer Raymond Harris died of World Trade Center-related sarcoidosis on August 4, 2019.
After years of site-related ill health, the sarcoidosis diagnosis came in 2009. The disease ravaged him. When he died he was waiting for both heart and kidney transplants.
Officer Raymond Harris served with the 77th Precinct
His funeral services will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2019 at Bethany Baptist Church in Brooklyn. The time has not been announced.
