9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for Retired NYPD Detective Thomas E. Weil

Retired NYPD Detective Thomas E. Weil has died of World Trade Center-related illness. He retired out of the 105 Squad and was a former DEA Queens Welfare Officer.
His funeral and burial will begin with a final good-bye on Monday, July 15, 2019 at 9:30am at Maloney’s Lake Funeral Home in Lake Ronkonkoma, with a procession to Calverton National Cemetery beginning at 10:00am.
