9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for retired FDNY Firefighter Michael J. Toal, L-20

Retired FDNY Firefighter Michael J. Toal of Ladder 20 died of World Trade Center-related illness on September 29, 2021. He was a 29-year veteran of the FDNY.
FF Toal’s Mass of Christian Burial will take place at 10:30am on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at St. Catharine Church in Spring Lake, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of FF Toal can be made to the Ray Pfeifer Foundation.
