9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for Retired FDNY Firefighter Lloyd W. Stuart, Engine 3

Retired FDNY Firefighter Lloyd W. Stuart of Engine 3 died of World Trade Center-related illness on July 7, 2019.
He joined the FDNY in 1970, and retired in 2005. FF Stuart also served in the National Guard.
His funeral will be held on Thursday, July 11, 2019 at 11:00am at St. Clare’s Church in Staten Island.
