9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for retired FDNY BC Joseph A. McKie, Battalion 41

Retired FDNY Battalion Chief Joseph A. McKie of the 41st Battalion died of World Trade Center-related illness on September 18, 2022. He was 60 years old.
The funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, September 22, 2022 at 10:30am at Our Lady of Victory RC Church in Floral Park, NY.
Burial will follow at Westbury’s Holy Rood Cemetery.
