9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for Nassau County Sheriff’s Department Corrections Officer Lawrence Lamme

Nassau County Sheriff’s Department Corrections Officer Lawrence “Larry” Lamme died of cancer on December 7, 2017 at age 50, of site-related cancer.
His funeral will take place on Thursday, December 14, 2017 at 10:30am at Saint John’s Lutheran Church, in Williston Park, NY.
Interment will be after the funeral in Pinelawn Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Larry’s memory to Saint Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital or the Humane Society.
