9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Flags over Manteca

Every year since the first anniversary of the terrorist attacks, more than 100 people rise early and place 2,400 American flags along the streets of Manteca, California.
Flags are installed eight days a year – Presidents’ Day, Veterans’ Day, Armed Services’ Day, Martin Luther King Day, Flag Day, Memorial Day, the Fourth of July, and September 11th.
The flags will appear again for the 12th anniversary of the terrorist attacks.
