9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Fallen Heroes Flag Football Tournament

On Saturday, December 9, 2017, the first annual Fallen Heroes Flag Football Tournament will take place at MetLife Stadium, sponsored by 9/11 Sports Inc.
9/11 Sports Inc. was founded by retired NYPD Sergeant Mike Fidanza to honor the police officers, firefighters, correction officers and EMS personnel who made the ultimate sacrifice on September 11, 2001.
Each team must consist of at least 8 players. Half of each team must be members (active or retired) from the same NY department; the others can be civilians.
The entrance fee is $80.00/player. Every team is guaranteed to play at least 3 games. Division A is PD and corrections; Division B is firefighters and EMS. The proceeds will all be donated – one-third to the widows and orphans fund of each agency; the rest to a 9/11 fund.
