9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Detective Brian Simonsen Memorial Foundation Gala

The second annual Detective Brian Simonsen Memorial Foundation Gala will be held on Sunday, March 29, 2020, from 4:30pm until 8:30pm at the Grand Ballroom East Wind Long Island in Wading River, NY.
The cost to attend is $85.00 per person; a full table for ten people costs $800. All tickets will be sold in advance – no tickets will be sold at the door. The evening’s events will include an open bar, buffet, DJ, raffles, and a 50/50.
NYPD Detective Simonsen, a 19-year veteran of the department, was killed in the line of duty on February 12, 2019. He was 42. The foundation in his honor will award a memorial scholarship to a graduating Riverhead High School baseball player.
