9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Christopher D. Mello Memorial Golf Outing

The annual Christopher D. Mello Memorial Golf Outing will be held on Tuesday, October 6, 2015 at a new venue, the Old Oaks Country Club in Purchase, NY.
There will be two shotgun starts, depending on how many holes the golfer plays. 9-hole players’ shotgun start is 9:30am. This package includes breakfast and lunch.
Those playing 18 holes have a 12:30pm shotgun start. Their package comes with lunch, cocktails and dinner.

Christopher D. Mello was a very good athlete and student. He worked as an analyst for Alta Communications, but harbored dreams of being a cartoonist. Mello was 25 when he boarded American Airlines Flight 11, the first plane terrorists flew into the World Trade Center.
