9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Ceremony of Remembrance — Nyack, NY

On Sunday, September 11, 2016 the town of Nyack will hold their Patriot Day Street Fair, which will run from 10:00am to 5:00pm, rain or shine, on Main Street and Broadway in Nyack.
The event will begin with a ceremony of remembrance at 10:00am. The ceremony will remember all of the victims of the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, but especially the three people from Nyack who were killed in the attack, Jon Albert, Welles Remy Crowther, and Stacey Sennas McGowan. Also remembered will be FDNY and Nyack Firefighter Harry Wanamaker, who responded to the attacks and died of site-related cancer on July 20, 2010.
