9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Build-a-Rig Raffle to Honor the late NYPD Officer Scott Blackshaw

Raffle tickets are on sale to raise funds to purchase a funeral rig honoring Scott Blackshaw for the NYPD Ceremonial Unit.
Tickets cost $100.00 each and 1,000 tickets will be sold. The prize is either a 2020 Harley Davidson Street Glide motorcycle from O’Toole’s Harley or $15,000 in cash. Tickets and more details are available here or here.
Retired NYPD Officer Scott Blackshaw, 52, died in 2018 of World Trade Center-related esophageal and brain cancers.
The drawing will be held on Monday, April 12, 2021, Scott Blackshaw’s birthday.
