9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Arlington National Cemetery events and guidelines for this holiday season

Arlington National Cemetery will be closed to the general public from Sunday, December 13, 2020 until Saturday, December 19, 2020. Please see details below.
- Sunday, December 13, 2020: Family pass holders ONLY will be welcomed to lay a Wreath across America (WAA) wreath at their loved ones’ graves from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The cemetery will be closed to the general public. This will be the only opportunity for family pass holders to receive a WAA wreath.
- Monday through Friday, December 14-18, 2020: The cemetery will be closed to the general public, enabling the Military District of Washington (MDW) and 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment “The Old Guard” (TOG) Soldiers to safely place wreaths on graves – while ANC simultaneously conducts over 100 funerals during the week. Family pass holders are welcome to visit the cemetery daily from 8:00am to 5:00pm to place their private flowers or wreaths.
- Saturday, December 19, 2020: A small group of the Wreaths across America staff will place wreaths in select designated section of the cemetery, and the National Wreath Day event will be broadcast for the public. The broadcast link will be published on a website closer to the event. There will be no WAA wreaths for family pass holders. However, family pass holders are welcome to visit the 8:00am to 5:00pm to place their own private flowers or wreaths.
- Sunday, December 20, 2020: Visitors to the cemetery are welcome to place graveside tributes of privately purchased wreaths or flowers in accordance with the ANC floral policy, located on the cemetery website.
