Charles “Chuck” Carroll, an Illinois man who was working on the 105th floor of the South Tower of the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, will discuss his story of survival on Monday, May 29, 2017 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm at O’Leary’s Ale House in DeKalb.
