9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. 5-K-Walk-500 Push-up event honoring NYPD ESU Sgt. Michael Curtin – Boca Raton, FL

At 10:00am on Saturday, December 26, 2020 a 5-K-Walk-500 Push-ups event will be held in Boca Raton in memory of NYPD ESU Sergeant Michael Curtin. Sgt. Curtin, who was also a U.S. Marine, was killed in the North Tower of the World Trade Center while responding to the terrorist attacks of 9/11.
Funds raised from the event will benefit the 3256 Foundation (named for Sgt. Curtin’s shield number). The 3256 Foundation helps a variety of causes around Mike’s hometown.
The walk starts at 10:00am at Sullivan Park in Deerfield Beach and ends at the beach pavilion in Boca Raton. Participants are asked to wear blue.
A $10.00 donation to the 3256 Foundation is requested of all participants.
