9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for FDNY Lieutenant William H. Irvine III, E-156

Active-duty FDNY Lieutenant William H. Irvine III of E-156 died suddenly on July 25, 2022. He was 51 and had served the people of NYC for 21 years.
His wake will be held at the Harmon Funeral Home on Staten Island from 2:00pm until 4:00pm and again from 7:00pm until 9:00pm on Friday, July 29, 2022.
His funeral will take place on Saturday, July 30, 2022 at 11:00am at Staten Island’s Blessed Sacrament Church. Cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in memory of Lt. Irvine be directed to the FF Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
