9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. He served the people of NY and NJ from 1980 until 2005.
His visitation will be held at Weatherhead Young Funeral Home in Brick Township, NJ on Saturday, November 13, 2021 from 10:00am until 12:0pm.
Detective Harley’s funeral Mass will be held immediately after the visitation at 12:30pm on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at Brick Presbyterian Church in Brick Township, NJ.
