9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for retired NYPD Detective Brian Maley

Retired NYPD Detective Brian Maley, 52, died of COVID-19 complicated by World Trade Center-related COPD on Wednesday, February 17, 2021. He retired from the 42 Detective Squad after more than 20 years with the NYPD.
His wake will be held on Monday, February 22 2021, from 5:00pm until 9:00pm at the Ralph Giordano Funeral Home in the Bronx. Please wear a mask and keep your visit brief for safety’s sake.
His funeral Mass will be said at Saint Theresa of the Infant Jesus Church in the Bronx at 9:45am on Tuesday, February 23 2021. Social distancing will be observed and masks will be worn.
