9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for NYPD Officer Terence P. Connelly, 112 Pct.

NYPD Officer Terence Connelly, 47, has died of World Trade Center-related glioblastoma. He worked with the 112th Precinct, and was a rookie with the NYPD when he responded to the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks. He was diagnosed with the brain cancer that killed him last year.
His wake will be held on Thursday February 11, 2021, from 2:00pm until 4:30pm and again from 7:00pm until 9:30pm at the Claude R. Boyd-Spencer Funeral Home in Babylon, NY. A prayer service will be held there at 8:00pm.

Officer Connelly’s cremation will be private.
