9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for Carlos Pineiro, NYPD DOITT

Carlos Pineiro, 65, a retired technical consultant for the NYPD’s Department of Information Technology Telecommunications, died on February 3, 2021. His work took him to the recovery efforts at the World Trade Center after the terrorist attacks of 9/11.
His visitation will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2021, from 2:00pm until 6:00pm at the Frank T. Mazur Funeral Home in Dickson City, Pennsylvania. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
His Mass of Christian Burial will be said on Monday, February 8, 2021, at 9:30am at St. Patrick’s Church in Olyphant, PA. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
