9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. FDNY FF Ronald P. Stortz, L-107, died of World Trade Center-related illness on January 16, 2021. FF Stortz served the FDNY for 25 years.
FF Stortz’s memorial service will take place at 10:30am on Thursday, January 21, 2021, at the Hungerford & Clark Funeral Home in Freeport, NY.
Donations in memory of FF Stortz can be made to either the Ray Pfeifer Foundation or to the UFA Widows’ and Children’s Fund.
