9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for FDNY FF Michael J. Dannecker (ret.)

FF Michael J. Dannecker (ret.) died on Sunday, May 27, 2018. He was 77 and was a member of the FDNY for 32 years, also a U.S. Army veteran.
FF Dannecker’s funeral Mass will take place at 9:30am on Friday, June 1, 2018 at St. Thomas Church on Staten Island.
