9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Funeral for Dennis John Burgos, retired NY State Trooper – Syracuse, NY

Dennis John Burgos, a retired NY State Trooper and Air Force veteran, died on December 9, 2017 in Syracuse at age 53, of cancer.
He served as a State Trooper for 11 years, and worked at the World Trade Center site in the days after the terrorist attacks of 9/11.
His funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 10:30am in Blessed Sacrament Church in Syracuse with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
