9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for Dennis John Burgos, retired NY State Trooper – Syracuse, NY

Dennis John Burgos, a retired NY State Trooper and Air Force veteran, died of cancer on December 9, 2017 in Syracuse at the age of 53.
He served as a State Trooper for 11 years, and worked at the World Trade Center site in the days after the terrorist attacks of 9/11.
His wake will be held on Thursday, December 14, 2017 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm in Blessed Sacrament Church in Syracuse.
His funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 15, 2017 at 10:30am in Blessed Sacrament Church with burial to follow in Woodlawn Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
