9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Fire Marshal to run NYC Marathon to raise funds for cancer research in honor of FDNY Lt. Joe Stach (ret.)

On November 5, 2017 Fire Marshal Phil Pillet (formerly of Ladder 56) will run the NYC Marathon to raise money for cancer research at Memorial Sloan Kettering in honor of retired Lieutenant Joe Stach of Ladder 6.
Joe has been diagnosed with World Trade Center-related cancer and continues to fight every day. In honor of that fight Phil will run the NYC Marathon to raise money in hopes for a cure in the near future.
