9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. This year’s Jack Fanning Angels for Autism Dinner Dance will be held on Friday, October 27, 2017 at the North Hills Country Club in Manhasset, NY. Please make sure you are on the mailing list to get an invitation.
The Jack Fanning Memorial Foundation hosts an annual dinner dance each fall to remember FDNY BC Jack Fanning, who loved his two severely autistic sons and hoped to build homes for adults with autism. The Foundation in Jack’s name does just that, and supports other autism charities as well.
The evening will include live and silent auctions, gift baskets and raffle prizes along with dinner and dancing. The recipients of the year’s grants will be announced as well.
