Robert E. Lenney, Sr., 34-year veteran of the FDNY Marine Division, piloted the John J. Harvey for 16 years, then took the John J. Harvey back into action following the terrorist attacks at the World Trade Center
Bob died on June 12, 2016, at the age of 80.
His wake will be held at the Weigand Bros. Funeral Home in Williston Park, NY on Thursday, June 16, 2016 from 2:00pm-4:00pm and from 7:00pm-9:00pm.
The funeral Mass for Bob will take place at St. Aidan’s Church, Williston Park, NY on Friday, June 17, 2016 at 10:00am.
Interment to follow at Holy Rood Cemetery, Westbury, NY.
