9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Plaque Dedication for Firefighter James J. Marshall

On Monday, November 30, 2015 at 11:00am, a plaque dedication will be held honoring the memory of Firefighter James J. Marshall of Ladder 78, who died of World Trade Center-related illness on November 30, 2014 at the age of 62.
The dedication will take place in the quarters of E-155/L-78 in Staten Island.
