Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Visitation & funeral for Christian M. Cottingham, US Army Paramedic

Christian M. Cottingham, who served as a paramedic at the Pentagon on September 11, 2001 and the next day at the World Trade Center, died on Friday, July 24, 2015, at the age of 43.
Cottingham joined the US Army as a medic. He served as a medic during Operation Desert Storm with a Patriot Missile unit in Bahrain. After his military service, he returned to his native Virginia and finished his paramedic training at Washington MedStar. He worked with MedStar as a helicopter paramedic for several years.
His friends and family will honor him at St. Andrew Lutheran Church in Franklin, TN on Friday, July 31, 2015, from 9:30am until 11:00am, the funeral hour.
