9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for Zacarias Toro, Jr., US Marshal

Zacarias Toro, Jr., a criminal investigator for the United States Marshal Service, died of World Trade Center-related cancer on Sunday, June 14, 2015. He received the United States Marshals Service Purple Heart Award the week before his death.
His wake will be held at the Redeeming Love Christian Center in Nanuet on Thursday, June 18, 2015 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. A service will be held that evening at 7:30pm.
The funeral service will take place on Friday, June 19, 2015 at 11:00am at the Redeeming Love Christian Center.
Mr. Toro will be buried at Mt. Repose Cemetery in Haverstraw, NY.
