9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Wake for Detective Andrew Apas

Detective Andrew Apas of the 120th Precinct has died of World Trade Center-related illness.
His wake will be held on Friday, November 14, 2014 from 2:00pm to 7:00pm at the Scarpaci Funeral Home in Brooklyn.
The funeral will be held at 10:00am on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Holy Child Church in Staten Island. Burial will follow immediately after Mass at Resurrection Cemetery.
