9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Mike Canty Golf Outing
August 31, 2013
The first “official” Mike Canty Golf Outing will take place on Saturday, August 31, 2013 at Schenectady Municipal Golf Course.
Registration will begin at 11:45am, with a shotgun start at 1:00pm. A hamburger/hot dog lunch will be held at the turn from 3:00pm to 4:00pm. The cash bar begins at 4:30pm and dinner starts at 5:30pm.
A fee of $125.00 per player/$500.00 per foursome includes all of the above, plus cart and contests. The fee for an adult for the dinner only is $25.00; for a child, dinner only is $15.00. All proceeds will benefit the Michael Canty Memorial Fund. Some sponsorships are still available.

On September 11, 2001, Michael’s life was taken on the 92nd floor of the World Trade Center. Mike was a 30-year old beautiful, caring person, and a special gift.To honor Michael’s legacy, his family has established the Michael Canty Memorial Fund, to provide scholarships and awards in Mike’s memory.
