PO Daniel Thomas Cotter, NYPD (ret.) died of World Trade Center-related illness on Tuesday, July 28, 2015. He was 59 years old.
His wake will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2015 from 2:00pm to 4:00pm and from 7:00pm to 9:00pm at the Edward F. Carter Funeral Home in Croton-on-Hudson, NY.
