9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Plaque Dedication for FF William Quick and FF Walter Torres

On Tuesday, July 22, 2014 at 11:00am, a plaque dedication will be held honoring the memory of Firefighter William Quick, Ladder 134, who died of World Trade Center illness on January 18, 2011, and Firefighter Walter Torres, Engine 328, who died of World Trade Center illness on December 18, 2012.
The ceremony will be held at E-328/L-134. All off-duty members and their families are invited to attend. Members are requested to attend in dress uniform.
