9/11 Tribute Center programs are offered throughout the year. Lectures, educational workshops and support programs are available to unite family members who lost loved ones, survivors, Lower Manhattan residents, rescue and recovery workers and volunteers who assisted in the aftermath of 9/11. Staten Island's September 11th Memorial Ceremony will take place at the Postcards memorial, at 6:30pm on Tuesday, September 11, 2012. Family members of victims will read the names of the 274 Staten Islanders murdered in the terrorist attacks. The Postcards memorial is located on the St. George Esplanade, adjacent to the St. George ferry terminal.
